On the nose white pepper, green peas and lemon zest. On the palate round, juicy, with lively acidity and a peppery finish that is Veltlín's signature. No oak, stainless steel fermentation with constant lees contact for a rounded structure.
Pairs with spinach pierogi, Wiener schnitzel, fried fish with dill and potato soup.
