Muškát Moravský 2022 from Vinařství Thaya in Znojmo is a semi-dry white from a purely Moravian grape variety, 0.75 l bottle, stainless steel fermentation without oak.

On the nose elderflower, mandarin and lychee, Muškát Moravský smells loudly, as if it wants to introduce itself right away. On the palate slightly sweet, but with acidity that straightens the flavour and leaves a clean, floral finish typical of the variety.

Goes with Silesian cheesecake with fruit, a fruit dessert, Asian cuisine with ginger and a peach tart.
