On the nose, white peach, nutmeg and green melon. On the palate, light and uncomplicated, low acidity, short and floral finish. A wine to open without any special occasion, an everyday white for the fridge in summer.
Pairs well with scrambled eggs with chives at a late breakfast, leek tart, battered fish with chips and quark with radishes.
