Description
Knížecí Vrch Sauvignon 2022 from Vinařství Thaya in Znojmo is a dry white Moravian wine from the single vineyard "Knížecí Vrch", 0.75 l bottle.
On the nose gooseberry, blackcurrant and a light nettle note. On the palate taut, mineral, acidity sharp in a good sense, long chalky finish, the single vineyard makes a difference here compared to the vintage Sauvignon from the basic line.
Serve with baked goat's cheese, asparagus with hollandaise sauce, white fish sushi and trout tartare.
