Pinot Noir Rose 2022

Pinot Noir Rosé 2022 from Vinařství Thaya comes from Znojmo on the border of Morawy and Lower Austria. Dry rosé from 100% Pinot Noir, 0.75 l bottle.

Onion-skin colour. On the nose wild strawberry, pomelo and wet limestone. On the palate simple and precise, with sharp acidity leading to a short, salty finish. Classic saignée, no maceration for colour.

Serve with salmon tartare, goat's cheese and beetroot salad, or a summer lunch on the terrace.
