Ryzlink vlašský 2022 from Vinařství Thaya in Znojmo is a dry white Moravian wine, a grape variety often confused with Riesling Rýnský, but that is another story, 0.75 l bottle.

On the nose, green apple, mustard seed and an almond note. On the palate, sober and herbal, straightforward acidity, short and slightly bitter finish in the typical Vlašák way. A food wine, not one for contemplation.

Open it with sour rye soup with white sausage, herring rolls and Emmental cheese.
