Description
Svatovavřinecké 2024 from Vinařství Kanich from the Pezinok region is a Slovak rosé semi-sweet made from the Svatovavřinecké grape variety, 0.75 l bottle.
On the nose, fresh strawberry, pomegranate and a hint of candy floss. On the palate, lightly sweet, the acidity of Svatovavřineckého straightens the flavour, short fruity finish, saignée, the juice runs off after a short maceration, hence a more intense colour than classic rosé.
Serve with fruit tart, summer brunch with pancakes or grilled light meats.
Kanich works the vineyards of the Little Carpathians near Pezinok, a region among the oldest wine-growing areas in Slovakia.
