Rulandské Biele 2023 from Vinařství Kanich in the Pezinok region is a Slovak dry white wine made from the Rulandské biele (Pinot Blanc) grape variety, 0.75 l bottle.
On the nose green apple, acacia blossom and a hint of almond skin. On the palate simple, slightly rounded, fresh acidity, clean and short finish, Pinot Blanc without oak, in an everyday white style, the Slovak version of the classic Moravian Rulandské Bílé.
Pairs with herb-roasted poultry, a goat's cheese and beetroot salad and fried fish with dill.
