On the nose: green apple, white elderflower and wet grass after a morning rain. On the palate: fresh and clean, with a distinct herbal aftertaste, lively acidity, short and dry finish with a light hint of lime zest.
Serve with baked white fish, goat's cheese and walnut salad, or pierogi with light veal filling.
Johanniter is a disease-resistant PIWI grape variety; Maňák grows it without chemical fungicide protection.
