Barrique Cabernet Moravia pozdní sběr 2019 by Maňák Štěpán from Žádovice is a Moravian dry red from the Slovácká appellation, aged in barrel, 0.75 l bottle.
On the nose, blackcurrant, dried Provençal herbs and finely ground pepper. On the palate, dense and structured, tannins present but already velvety after six years from harvest; medium acidity, long finish with a hint of green pepper and cedar wood.
Serve with roast beef fillet with red onion confit, braised lamb or mature cheddar.
