Description
ROSZADE cuvée 2022 from Bukovský winery below the village of Kobylí is a Moravian semi-dry white from the Velkopavlovická appellation, the house blend of three Moravian grape varieties, 0.75 l bottle.
On the nose: white peach, acacia blossom and a hint of cream. On the palate: medium-bodied with delicate residual sweetness, straightened by fresh acidity; medium-long finish with a light spicy edge.
Open with grilled peach and goat's cheese salad, turkey in lemon sauce or onion tart with Parmesan.
Bukovský composes ROSZADE in a different proportion each year, so the 2022 vintage will not be exactly repeated in 2023; each blend is a different chess game, hence the name.
