Description
Noria 2022 from Bukovský winery is a Moravian semi-sweet white from the Velkopavlovická appellation near Kobylí, bottled in 0.75 l from a cross of Veltlínské červené rané and Tramín červený.
On the nose white peach, acacia blossom and finely grated nutmeg. On the palate smooth, with medium sweetness straightened by pronounced acidity; long finish, slightly spicy from the herbal echo of Tramín.
Open with Kraków cheesecake with dried fruit, goose liver on toast or blue cheese of the Niva type.
Bukovský has kept this variety in the programme despite low yields, because the village of Kobylí has just the right exposure for it.
