Pálava výběr z hroznů 2024 from the Šalša vineyards below Kyjov is a semi-sweet Moravian wine from the Slovácká appellation, bottled in 0.75 l.

On the nose linden honey, dried rose petals and white peach with a light grapefruit zest note. On the palate full, but held together by lively acidity, long finish with a slight herbal touch, without the heaviness typical of many semi-sweet wines.

Serve with Krakow cheesecake with raisins, ripe blue cheese or foie gras on toast.

Šalša has run the vineyard as a family for three generations, this vintage is a small late harvest, around 1,800 bottles.
