Cabernet Cortis výběr z hroznů 2019 from Šalša below Kyjov is a Moravian dry red from the fungus-resistant grape variety Cabernet Cortis, 'výběr z hroznů' category, Slovácká appellation, 0.75 l bottle.

On the nose: blackberry, blackcurrant and a hint of green pepper typical of the Cabernet family. On the palate: full-bodied, firm tannins and a straightforward acidity backbone, long herbal finish; the PIWI (disease-resistant) variety allows Šalša to work without chemicals, and the wine still has structure.
