Description
Organic Hibernal 2022 from Vino Hruška in Blatničky is a Moravian dry white from the Slovácká appellation, certified organic, 0.75 l bottle.
On the nose gooseberry, blackcurrant leaf and a hint of flinty minerality. On the palate taut and clean, high acidity, long herbal finish with a note of lime zest; very low added sulphur.
Serve with goat's cheese and young salad leaves, grilled white fish or a summer risotto with lemon.
Hruška runs the Organic line without chemical protection — Hibernal is fairly resistant to it, which is why it made it into this programme.
