Description
Fresh Müller Thurgau 2023 from Vino Hruška of Blatnička is a Moravian dry white from the Slovácká appellation, 0.75 l bottle.
On the nose, green melon, lemon balm and a barely perceptible note of white pepper. On the palate, light and clear, with lower acidity than the average Czech Riesling; the finish is short and herbal, without aromatic weight.
Open it with a summer salad with pear and nuts, cottage cheese with chives or simple pierogi with white cheese.
Müller Thurgau is a cross of Ryzlink and Madeleine Royale; Hruška makes it without oak, fresh.
