Fresh Ryzlink Rýnský 2023

Fresh Ryzlink Rýnský 2023 from Vino Hruška of Blatnička is a Moravian dry white from the Slovácká appellation, 0.75 l bottle, a young style without oak.

On the nose, lime, white grapefruit and a hint of mineral flinty note. On the palate, taut and clean, with high but well-structured acidity; the finish is long, with a slightly saline aftertaste; this is Riesling in its raw version, without the mature petrol aromas yet.

Serve with herring in cream with onion, white fish with dill or goat's cheese with young lettuce.

Hruška leaves this Riesling for only four months in steel, to preserve the primary freshness of the vintage.
