Classic Pálava 2023

Classic Pálava 2023 from Vino Hruška in Blatnička is a Moravian semi-dry white from the Slovácká appellation, 0.75 l bottle, the winery's classic line.

On the nose, white peach, rose petals and candied orange peel. On the palate, full and aromatic with a touch of residual sugar, but Pálava's lively acidity straightens it out; long, spicy finish with a clove note.

Serve with goose liver on toast, ripe Roquefort or lemon meringue tart.

Pálava is a Czech crossing of Tramín and Müller Thurgau; Hruška grows it on 0.7 hectares with south-eastern exposure.
