Frizzante Hibernal 2024 from Vino Hruška in Blatnička is a Moravian dry white sparkling wine in frizzante style, Slovácká appellation, 0.75 l bottle.

Fine bubbles, pale straw colour. On the nose, fresh lime, gooseberry and a hint of elderflower. On the palate, lively and clean, with high but friendly acidity; short, slightly herbal finish, without the weight typical of more expensive traditional-method wines.

Open with salmon tartare, a summer brunch with pancakes or instead of prosecco to welcome guests.

Hibernal is a Czech PIWI grape variety; Hruška makes it using the Charmat method in stainless steel tanks.
