On the nose conference pear, acacia honey and a hint of roasted almond. On the palate round, medium sweet, calm acidity, long and slightly nutty finish. A wine that will easily hold for another year or two in bottle.
Pairs with goose with red cabbage, Viennese cheesecake and mature Gouda.
