On the nose yellow apple, pear and a note of fresh cream. On the palate round, with minimal residual sugar, low acidity, short, creamy finish, Chardonnay in the Moravian style, not Burgundian, without oak or the buttery note from malolactic fermentation.
Goes with poultry in cream sauce, Russian dumplings with fried onion, Brie and creamy courgette soup.
