Blatel 2,3 Chardonnay 2023 from Vino Blatel in Blatnička is a Moravian dry white wine from the Slovácká appellation, 0.75 l bottle. "2,3" in the name refers to the residual sugar level, a wine on the edge of dry.

On the nose yellow apple, white peach and a hint of cream. On the palate round, fresh acidity, minimal sugar sweetens the finish without cloying, a Chardonnay for those who prefer dry wines but like roundness.

Open with poultry in lemon sauce, chanterelle risotto and Brie with fig jam.
