Rulandské Bílé 2023 from Vino Blatel in Blatnička is a Moravian dry white wine from the Slovácká appellation, 0.75 l bottle. The grape variety is known as Pinot Blanc.
On the nose, green apple, acacia blossom and a hint of almond skin. On the palate, simple, slightly rounded, fresh acidity, clean and short finish, Pinot Blanc without oak, in the style of an everyday white for food, not for collecting.
It goes with herb-roasted poultry, a salad with goat's cheese and beetroot, and fried fish with dill.
