Secco – Frizzante perlivé 2023 from Jiři Uherek of Dolní Bojanovice is a Moravian dry white sparkling wine in frizzante style from the Slovácká appellation, 0.75 l bottle.

The bubbles are fine and short-lived. On the nose, reinette apple, white blossom and a hint of yeast. On the palate, lively and light, with pronounced acidity and lower pressure than classic sekt; the finish is short and clean, with no sweet aftertaste.

It works with delicate starters to open the evening, with a summer courgette carpaccio, or simply as the first glass after work.
