Cuvée Element Aqua moravské zemské víno 2023 from Vinařství Jiři Uherek in Dolní Bojanovice is a Moravian semi-dry white in the moravské zemské víno category, 0.75 l bottle.

On the nose, white peach, linden blossom and a delicate hint of green melon. On the palate, soft and round, with light residual sugar; calm acidity, medium-long, gentle finish with no sharp edges.

Open with a watermelon and feta salad, delicate curd cheese pierogi or a summer risotto with young courgette.

In this cuvée, Uherek blends three grape varieties from parcels closest to the Kyjovka river, hence the name “Aqua”.
