IWAYINI Isiko Riesling 2023

Isiko Riesling 2023 from Iwayini, from the vineyard below Pavlov, is a Moravian dry white made from the Ryzlink Rýnský grape variety, Velké Pavlovice appellation, 0.75 l bottle.

On the nose, lime zest, linden blossom and wet limestone. On the palate, taut and flinty, with knife-sharp acidity and a long finish with bitter grapefruit peel and a mineral pull from the limestones of the Pavlov Hills.

Serve with pan-fried trout with almonds, herring in linseed oil, or goat's cheese wrapped in fresh thyme leaves.
