The portions are very generous, so a two-course lunch will not be for everyone. It is definitely worth trying the starters because they made the biggest impression on me. The nuggets for children are also very tasty and the portion, for a children's one, is very generous! The decor and atmosphere in the restaurant are very nice and cosy, and the service is friendly. The dishes are served relatively quickly even when it is busy! I recommend it

Anna Farafoszyn ★☆☆☆☆ · Edited 2 months ago A disaster. If you have been to the "real Prawda", then this one in Żywiec is unfortunately a letdown. The waitress took our order with a sigh after 20 minutes. Main course, starters, dessert and drinks. When asked about the dessert, "they are on display in the room next door in the cabinet, please have a look yourself". After half an hour we got the drinks — while preparing a mojito takes some time, a juice and a tea, half an hour?? After 40 minutes we got two bowls of soup, rosół and żurek. Unfortunately the child was hungry and started eating with a teaspoon, because we had not been given any cutlery. Unfortunately we did not get the starters even after an hour, not to mention the main course. If you are hungry, then unfortunately I do not recommend it. We got up and left, the lady said she understood, and our dishes were about to come out. A starter is there to tide you over until the main course. Unfortunately an hour for tartare and salad, no cutlery, while there were no customers in the restaurant, is one big failure. I do not recommend it. The time was not predetermined. And a photo of the child eating with a teaspoon is attached. We wanted to pay for the soup, but the waitress said she understood and we did not have to. As above, while I understand that we wait for a main course, an hour for starters is definitely too much. That is how I describe the restaurant in line with what I found.

Initially, because of the relatively long wait for the dishes despite little traffic and because of the burger from the children's menu, which was far too mini, I planned to give this place 4/5 stars, but the later discovery in my dish changed that score. You see, in my burger there was mouldy lettuce, which I discovered by accident, because it simply slid out too far while I was eating (photo attached — of the lettuce, not of my eating). The matter was reported to the waiter, the dish disappeared into the kitchen with an offer of a dessert in exchange, but since I had almost returned that burger after discovering what I was eating, I was not keen on another dish from this place. We asked for the bill, there was no discount for the situation, because the waiter said the burger had mostly been eaten — I do not deny it, I had eaten some of it before the lettuce came to light and fortunately I did not bring it back onto the table, although I admit it was a close call. My husband managed to prove that a whole plate of fries was left, so the gentleman graciously offered a refund of 10 zł for the fries. Well, I hope I do not get turned upside down from that discount, although I will not deny that I fear a revolution or poisoning, since I do not eat mouldy things every day.
