A three-course set lunch, with a portion so large that you really need a separate stomach for dessert. The high personal culture of the service is something I no longer see elsewhere. The gentleman who served us was very chivalrous. The atmosphere of the place was completed by fresh flowers, tasteful and neat decorations, and even perfectly chosen music.
