Ryzlink Vlašský 2022 from the Traditional ZELEZNA line of the Mikrosvin Mikulov winery is a Moravian dry white in the pozdní sběr category, from the Slovácká pod Bzeńcem appellation, 0.75 l bottle.

On the nose yellow mirabelle plum, acacia honey and dried hay with a light hazelnut accent. On the palate medium-bodied, with a mineral pull from the sandy vineyards below Mount Železná, acidity keeps the profile upright, long finish with a slight bitterness.

Serve with roast pork with marjoram, cabbage and mushroom pierogi or aged gouda with caraway.
