Traditional CIHELNOU Ryzlink Rýnský pozdní sběr 2022

Ryzlink Rýnský 2022 from the Traditional CIHELNOU line of the Mikrosvin Mikulov winery is a Moravian dry white in the pozdní sběr class, Slovácká spod Bzeńca appellation, 0.75 l bottle.

On the nose lime, white linden blossom and a petrol note typical of mature riesling from the brick-rich subsoil the line is named after. On the palate taut and flinty, acidity sharp as a knife, long finish with bitter grapefruit peel.

Open it with pan-fried trout with almonds, salmon tartare with capers or young goat's cheese with acacia honey.

Mikrosvin produces this line only in years with sufficient heat for the Ryzlink to ripen without losing its acidic tension.
