Klíňák 2022 from the Mikrosvin Mikulov vineyards is a Moravian dry white in the moravské zemské víno category, a house blend from the Slovácká appellation, 0.75 l bottle.

On the nose green apple, acacia blossom and a hint of wet stone after rain. On the palate simple and quaffable, medium-bodied, calm acidity, short clean finish without the sweet aftertaste typical of cheaper blends.

Serve with tagliatelle in garlic butter, white cheese and radish sandwiches or roasted peanuts over cards.

Klíňák is a carafe wine; Mikrosvin keeps it below 60 PLN net per bottle and the blend shifts slightly from year to year.
